SMP Once Again Outraises SLF With $44.3M Q2 Haul

Today, Senate Majority PAC’s fundraising announced it raised $44.3 million in the second quarter of 2024, bringing its cycle total raised to $167.2 million. This constitutes the largest sum for Democratic Senate fundraising that SMP has ever raised at this point in any Senate cycle. SMP will also report its largest cash on hand total at this point in any cycle with $124.26 million.

Further, this strong fundraising surpasses what Senate Leadership Fund raised in the corresponding quarter. SMP has outraised SLF in every reporting period this cycle and enters the final stretch of the campaign with higher cash on hand, putting SMP in a strong position to hold the Senate come November.

Senate Majority PAC has already begun to use this historic fundraising to hold Republicans accountable across the map. In Montana, Wisconsin, and Ohio, voters have already seen why they can’t trust Republican politicians to put their interests first, and that’s just the start. Senate Majority PAC has placed ad reservations totaling more than $239 million in battleground states across the country.
