New Ad: Roger Marshall Voted to Keep the Epstein Files Hidden. He Doesn't Belong in the Senate.

Today, Senate Majority PAC released a new ad campaign in Kansas holding Roger Marshall accountable for blocking the release of the Epstein files.

In September 2025, the Senate voted to direct the Justice Department to release all unclassified Epstein records. Those records included flight logs, names connected to Epstein’s crimes, and information about his death. Marshall voted to kill it, dismissing the effort as a “political stunt.”

“It was one of the worst child abuse scandals in history. Dozens of young girls, sexually trafficked by Jeffrey Epstein…,” the narrator says in the ad. “[A]nd Roger Marshall helped cover it up. Marshall voted to keep the Epstein files sealed, ignoring pleas from victims. And saying releasing the information was ‘not of much interest to me.’ Roger Marshall used his office to protect pedophiles. He doesn’t belong in the Senate.”

The $5 million campaign will run on TV stations statewide through Election Day, alongside a digital program. This is Senate Majority PAC’s first ad in Kansas in the 2026 cycle.
