Digital Associate – Creator Partnerships
Senate Majority PAC (SMP) is seeking a Digital Associate with a focus on digital creators for an in-person position for the 2026 election cycle. SMP is solely dedicated to building a Democratic majority in the U.S. Senate.
Position:
The Digital Associate will report to the Digital Director and work closely with the Deputy Digital Director and Content Manager in expanding our influencer and creator network, helping manage collaborations that elevate our campaigns and reach new audiences online. This person will support all stages of the creator engagement process from outreach and relationship building to content coordination, tracking, and reporting.
Responsibilities include:
- Tracking and supporting the development and execution of influencer and creator campaigns across platforms
- Conduct creator research and vetting to identify strong cultural messengers aligned with our mission and campaigns.
- Monitor digital trends, emerging creators, and online conversations relevant to our work.
- Draft outreach materials, briefing documents, and talking points for creator partners.
- Track campaign performance and assist with reporting and data analysis.
Qualifications and skills:
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills
- Experience with project management; must love spreadsheets and trackers
- Understanding of social media platforms, trends, and creator culture.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple projects.
- Ability and willingness to work non-traditional hours when needed;
- Graphic design or video editing skills strongly preferred but not required
- Bilingual or multicultural creator experience preferred but not required
- One to two years relevant experience on a campaign, advocacy group
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college preferred but not required.
