New Ad: John Sununu Cashed in While Chris Pappas Fought for New Hampshire.

WinSenate’s new ad, “People Who Pay,” lays out the choice facing voters in New Hampshire’s Senate race: Backing John Sununu who left Congress to make millions from the industries squeezing Granite Staters or electing Chris Pappas who spent his time in office fighting to bring costs down.

After leaving the Senate, Sununu went to work at Akin Gump, one of the biggest lobbying firms in the world, and turned his Washington connections into a payday from Big Pharma, oil and gas, and insurance companies. Those are the same industries behind why New Hampshire families are paying higher prices at the pharmacy, at the pump, and on their health insurance premiums.

Pappas has been on the other side of that fight, standing with Granite Staters to counter Trump’s policies that are pushing the cost of medication, gas, and health care even higher.

“[John Sununu] built a career off of making millions on Big Pharma, oil and insurance companies while we got screwed,” the narrator says in the ad. “…Chris Pappas stands up to both parties and the special interests to make things more affordable. Chris Pappas works for us. Not Trump, not the lobbyists.”

“People Who Pay” will air across New Hampshire on broadcast, digital, and streaming.
