Senate Majority PAC Slams Ashley Hinson For Skipping Nearly Two Hundred Votes

Senate Majority PAC has launched a new campaign hitting Ashley Hinson for missing nearly 200 votes during her time in Congress, while supporting legislation that has substantially grown her family’s wealth.

The $1.45 million television and digital campaign highlights the almost 200 votes Hinson skipped that would have cracked down on child pornography, lower costs for health care, and fund initiatives to reduce crime.

Hinson, however, showed up to vote in favor of legislation that created new tax breaks for corporations, including her family business, helping Hinson amass $8 million in personal wealth since entering office in 2021.

“[Ashley Hinson has] missed nearly 200 votes in Congress. Votes to crack down on child pornography, reduce crime and lower health care costs,” the narrator says in the 30-second ad. “But Ashley Hinson always shows up for herself. She wrote a law that gives massive tax breaks to her own family’s business and has managed to grow her net worth by up to 10 times, $8 million more since she’s been in Washington.”

The ad will air on television stations throughout the state as well as on digital streaming platforms.
