SMP Statement on Pennsylvania Senate Debate

Washington, D.C. — Senate Majority PAC President JB Poersch released the following statement on tonight’s debate: 

“Tonight, carpetbagger Mehmet Oz parachuted into Pennsylvania and revealed himself for what he truly is — a physician who nonetheless wants ‘local political leaders’ to make personal health care decisions for women; an out-of-touch millionaire who owns ten mansions but believes working people don’t deserve a living wage; and a quack celebrity TV doctor who thinks this campaign is a television show. This debate only confirmed what voters already know: Oz is a scam artist who will say or do anything to benefit himself and he has no place representing them in the Senate.”
